First Action Building Services provides professional gas safety inspections and Landlord Gas Safety Records, commonly referred to as Gas Safety Certificates or CP12 certificates, throughout London.
As a Gas Safe registered contractor with 30 years of experience, we provide professional gas safety checks for landlords, letting agents, homeowners and commercial clients.
If you are a landlord, you have legal responsibilities for the safety of gas appliances and flues provided for your tenants.
Landlord gas appliances and flues must receive an annual gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Following the inspection, you will receive a Landlord Gas Safety Record detailing the appliances and flues checked and the results of the inspection.
Existing tenants must normally be provided with a copy of the gas safety record within 28 days of the check, while new tenants must receive a copy before they move into the property.
During the gas safety inspection, our Gas Safe registered engineer will carry out the appropriate safety checks on the relevant gas appliances and flues at the property.

Once the inspection has been completed, the appropriate Gas Safety Record will be issued.
Included in the price: Gas safety check and a digital CP12 record.
Example: a boiler and a gas hob = 2 appliances (£60).
Prices include VAT if applicable.
Additional charges: Boiler servicing and repairs are charged separately. Any parking or congestion charges are quoted separately and agreed before attendance.
